Service Overview

The Limelink Service enables a single link to:

• Open a specific in-app screen when the app is installed
• Redirect users to the app store or a web page when the app is not installed
• Track and analyze user access events

This makes it suitable for marketing, invitations, sharing, referrals, and campaign management.

Core Concepts

Project

A Project is the top-level unit for managing dynamic links.

• Typically represents a single service or product
• Links, applications, and analytics are isolated per project

Application

An Application represents an actual app or platform connected within a project.

Supported application types:

• Android App
• iOS App
• Web (fallback / landing page)

When registering an application, the following information is required:

• Platform type (Android / iOS / Web)
• Package name or Bundle ID
• App store URL
• Deep Link / Universal Link configuration
