Project Management

A Project belongs to one Organization and isolates its Links, Applications, Custom Domains, Billing, and settings. An Organization may contain multiple Projects.

Create a Project

From the Organization Projects page, select Create project. Provide:

  • a name that is available within the Organization
  • an optional Project logo
  • an optional default hookup message for landing surfaces

Availability checks help before submission, but the server remains authoritative. A blocked Organization cannot create a Project.

Project Workspace

Opening a Project starts at Links. The Project navigation contains:

  1. Links
  2. Appearance
  3. Applications
  4. Custom domains
  5. Billing
  6. Project settings

The Organization and Project identifiers in the route define the tenant scope. LimeLink validates returned ancestry before showing a Project resource.

Appearance and Project Settings

Appearance allows eligible Organization members to:

  • edit the Project default hookup message used by landing surfaces
  • save the Project Skin theme
  • preview the theme with the Project logo and message

Project settings allow eligible Organization members to:

  • rename the Project when permitted by its current compatibility state
  • add, replace, or remove the Project logo
  • delete the Project after confirmation

A Project logo is workspace identity and may also feed Appearance previews for blur themes. Do not assume it replaces a Link's explicitly configured preview image.

Billing Isolation

Subscription state belongs to the selected Project, not the entire account or Organization. An active Pro Project receives Custom Domain creation. Other Projects remain on their own Free or Pro state.

Access Safety

Missing, inaccessible, and cross-Organization Projects share unavailable behavior. Blocked Organizations may retain supported reads but cannot perform ordinary mutations.
