1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hellovelop Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and all users ("User," "you," or "your") of our website located at https://limelink.org/ and its related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Description of Service

limelink is a service that provides digital tools to help users create, manage, and share links. The specific features of the Service may be changed, added, or discontinued from time to time at the Company's discretion.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account creation process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and limit your access to the Service, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights and responsibility for the content (including text, images, links, etc.) that you create, upload, or link to through the Service.
• License to Content: You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service. This license is valid only for the duration of your use of the Service and terminates upon the deletion of your account.
• User Responsibility: You warrant that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any of the following activities:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Distributing spam, phishing, or malware.
• Publishing content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or promotes hatred.
• Transmitting any destructive code, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Reselling the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid Services: We may offer paid subscription plans or one-time purchase products. Pricing and payment terms will be specified within the Service.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. The Company does not store or collect your credit card information. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to your payment information.

• Subscription Renewal: For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it. Your registered payment method will be charged accordingly. Refund Policy:

• 14-Day Refund Period: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal date. This refund period applies to all paid services and subscription plans offered through the Service.

• Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the 14-day period by contacting us at Hellovelope@gmail.com. Refunds will only be processed for the most recent payment made.

• Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed through our payment processor, Paddle, and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

• Subscription Cancellation: If you request a refund for a subscription service, your subscription will be immediately cancelled upon processing the refund. You will lose access to all premium features associated with the cancelled subscription.

• Exceptions: Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of these Terms of Service.

• Legal Requirements: In jurisdictions where additional consumer protection laws apply, you may be entitled to additional refund rights beyond those specified in this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Service itself (including the logo, design, trademarks, software, and all technology) are and will remain the exclusive property of Hellovelop Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Company's intellectual property.

8. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and deleting your account. The Company may also terminate your account for valid reasons (e.g., violation of terms, prolonged inactivity).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hellovelop Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If the Terms are changed, we will notify you via email or through a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
